Md. Ziauddin , a Gold Medalist in M.E. with Structural Engineering from Osmania University , designed several multi-storeyed buildings and industrial structures. With more than 38 years experience in the industry, he designed and executed many bridges and flyovers. Mr. Zaheer serves as an Independent Project Advisor, providing strategic guidance, technical advisory, and execution support for real estate and project development initiatives. He operates as an external professional consultant, engaged on a project or case-to-case basis, and does not hold any payroll or employment-based responsibilities.

Mr. Aijaz provides comprehensive architectural design and planning for skycastle developers across the complete development lifecycle, including conceptualization, schematic design, statutory approvals, working drawings, and execution-stage coordination, ensuring projects meet design excellence, planning compliance, and market expectations.

Mr. Mirza Abdul Aziz Baig serves as the Finance and Accounts Manager at Skycastle Developers, overseeing financial management, accounting operations, and financial reporting.
